Everything was very good, pleasant hotel, the location was awesome adjacent to the centre, restaurants and the market for sale. It offered a satisfactory continental breakfast with scrambled egg. Loved this venue, had very enjoyable experience.
Views were uninspiring.

The communal areas were well appointed and homely. Hotel staff were also very friendly and helpful. The breakfast was excellent. We would definately visit Yelf's again.

The standard of the food was excellent and as good as you would find in many a good (not haute cuisine) restaurant in London. The staff were friendly, polite and very efficient
I found the extension in which I was placed (across the road from the hotel) to be a bit like a barracks. The room and facilities were fine, but having to cross a road to come to the hotel for breakfast wasn't ideal. However, I appreciate that that can't he helped as presumably it was the only way the hotel could be extended.

Friendly, helpful staff. Breakfast, especially cooked to order on weekdays, was excellent. Pleasant bar for a drink in the evening.
Room in the annexe Bromley House felt rather remote from the main hotel and there were a lot of stairs. However the room was quiet, as we had requested.

Very spacious family room.
Our room was directly above the main high street in Ryde which became very noisy in the evening with party people, the rooms weren't double glazed and we didn't manage to get to sleep until about 3am

We were a party of 10 adults and 2 children occupying 5 rooms. Staff extremely helpful in putting flowers and balloons in rooms for birthdays and excellent co-operation in special requests in connection with a sponsored bike around the Island that we had organised by providing an early continental breakfast and keeping several ice packs in their freezer! The rooms were a really good size and bed very comfortable. Excellent breakfast and we also had a very nice dinner in the restaurant.
We stayed in the part of the Hotel that is across the street from the main reception etc. Ryde is a busy place and popular for parties (eg stag and hen do's) so there was quite a bit of noise outside until the early hours of the morning.

Comfortable Stay with Great Dining Experience
I enjoyed a relaxing four-night stay, complemented by really good evening meals, especially the good mango panna cotta! The staff were friendly and cute. For a better experience, I recommend requesting a room away from the noisy seagulls.

Very pleasant and helpful staff. Good breakfast.
I think this is the only hotel I have ever stayed in that closes the bar to residents at 11pm !!

Good room size.
Decorations are a bit tired. Very warm. However, it is quite noisy if window is opened. No air conditioning. Check out before 10:30am is a bit early
